Gosho Encouragement

"Neither the pure land nor hell exists outside oneself; both lie only within one’s own heart. Awakened to this, one is called a Buddha; deluded about it, one is called an ordinary person. The Lotus Sutra reveals this truth, and one who embraces the Lotus Sutra will realize that hell is itself the Land of Tranquil Light."

In this competition, all the participants were provided with some secret elements and they have to come up with a dish that represents them on the plate. And, immediately after seeing the ingredients, it instantly came to my mind to make Thukpa. And here goes the recipe for the Thukpa, I hope you would love this unique soup recipe as much as I do. Do let me know your experience by dropping a comment!
