Different cuts of meat:
- leg cut of Pork:
- Ham: Back of thigh
- Bacon: sides, belly or back of the pork; it is usually the belly cut.
- steak: a thick, flat piece of meat, usually from a cow. I always believed steak is only from the cow. But, it is not. We can get the steak from the fish as well like Salmon, Swordfish, Tuna.
- Fish Fillet:
Doneness of meat:
- Rare: very red
- Medium rare
- Medium
- Well done
- Overcook
