Serving: 2- 3 persons
- Sweet Almond
Oil (you can use any oil/butter as per your choice)
- Dry Shiitake
Mushroom (8-10 pieces; soak in water for 30 min before starting the
cooking)
- Sugar Snap
Peas (15-20 pieces)
- Sweet
Peppers (red, orange, yellow, a total of 10 pieces, cut as per your
preference)
- Garlic (4-5
cloves, cut in thin slices)
- Garlic Salt
(as per your taste)
- Roasted
Sesame Seeds (15-20 gm, used for seasoning)
- 1 Habanero or
any Chili (Optional, can cut in small pieces)
- Heat the
almond oil in a pan.
- Add water-soaked
shiitake mushrooms in the hot oil and sauté for 5-7 min.
- Next, add
sugar snap peas and sauté for another 2 min.
- Then, add
sweet peppers and sauté for 8-10 min.
- Then, add garlic
salt, habanero chili and mix well.
- Finally,
sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds.
- Ready to serve.
Serving
Serve this with hot steamed Jasmine rice. It
goes well with probiotic condiment and drink such as kimchi and kombucha,
respectively.
